Classes and Courses

We are regularly asked if we offer courses...

We are a volunteer organization, therefore, due to limited time and resources, we are only able to offer one youth (12-17) course per year at this time.

For those interested in learning or trying the craft there are several options:

Become a member

At many of our meetings we have open forge time during or after the meeting where members can work and the forge get assistance from more experienced members.  You will also be able to watch our various demonstrations to learn various skills and techniques.

Formal Classes
For formal classes we recommend these organizations:

John C. Campbell Folk School (Brasstown, NC)

Goat n Hammer Forge (Atlanta, GA)
